Hello, I’m Una

I am an accredited Integrative and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with over twenty years of experience working in both private practice and the public sector, counselling young people, adults and couples.

We have all, in various ways, become stuck and needed help finding a way forward. I can genuinely say: I hear you, I see you.

Una McNulty, Integrative Psychotherapist

A nurturing, non-judgemental space

“You matter, your needs matter to me.”

I work collaboratively with clients to understand the origins of their difficulties and how they are affecting their lives in the present. I endeavour to create a nurturing, containing, non-judgemental space where my clients feel safe, supported, grounded, listened to and understood.

This level of acceptance enables my clients to work on inner conflicts, achieve a deeper self-understanding, and move towards a more creative, rewarding and fulfilling life. Together we can transcend suffering by managing our attachments — by reorienting our minds, we can grow to be content.

I have experience working with a broad and diverse range of clients, including neurodiverse clients within local authority and education settings. I am passionate about celebrating neurodiversity. I work with clients online, from my base in Kenilworth.
